Hi,
My '98 mx5 has the stock split speakers which sound very good exept that the tweeters are way too loud. As a hifi semi enthusiast, I find this disturbing.(have to turn the treble down which stuffs up the frequency response)
I want to put an attenuator circuit in but dont know where the crossovers are.
Are they in the doors?
Cheers.

if its anything like my '96, there;ll be a simple cap (ie 6db/oct) hanging off the back of the tweeter. May as well bin it and put a proper crossover in there :]
