Savebarn used to do one for about $250 but the seals only last for a couple of years.

Car is currently getting an alignment done because I've had the coilovers installed.

Fitting depowered rack/type R tie rod ends/urethane rack bushes and cleaning up the mess made by 800mls of power steering fluid which deposited itself throughout the engine bay 2 weeks ago in the Teretonga long distance race - bummer!

Nice, sits about right. Whats your hub to fender? Got a little bit of rake on there?

Going by what all the handling sites for NAs say about half an inch of rake is needed, you should try it out and see if it makes it better or worse. I must admit with rake the turn in was much better.

Ill see how it goes for the next few weeks then try find a set of c spanners as they didnt come with any
Also when doing the alignment the guy biased it a little towards oversteer to help on the skid pad

Its actually pretty tame imo.
~2mm toe in front and rear, 5º caster, -1.5º camber on the front and -2º on the rear.
Its running as little camber as the adjustment would allow at this ride height
We found out that d2 c spanners fitted pretty well

I measured my height after the tophats and its 350mm front, 370mm rear. It sits about stock now
But I did a bit more reading and 330mm, 350mm seems to be the optimal height for the suspension geometry. I dont know if its true but Im not to concerned about height.
You have just reminded me I need to think about my alignment.

Speaking of alignment, I also need an alignment. Was going to go with the flyin miata recommended alignment but will wait for my new wheels

Was driving home tonight with a friend and managed to slide into the curb and destroy my rear wheel, haha. If anyone has one of the stock daisy wheels, PM me. Gotta climb under it tomorrow in the daylight and see what else is broken though, hopefully nothing!
Only the rear wheel hit but the steering is way off, I can't see how that could be related? Im thinking maybe the steering had a problem and thats what caused me to go sideways into the curb? I drove it home though and the steering seemed fine.
Does anyone know what to check for in terms of damage? Im gonna make sure the control arms etc aren't bent and just have a good look for anything that doesn't look right underneath

Check chassis for dmg, suspension and factory steel components will potentially be bent/cracked.

It all LOOKS sweet, but my steering wheel is WAY off what is used to be (still steers fine though?) and my handbrake is stiff as to pull. I think I might take it to a mechanic. Im thinking maybe my steering or my brakes are what caused me to lose it, because it's never slipped on me the way it did last night
If anyone near Waterview doesn't mind dropping by for 2 minutes and having a look Id really appreciate it

Youve probably bent something in the rear suspension which has misaligned the rear wheel and is forcing you to correct it by steering to one side. Wont hurt to check the front out though as it may have contacted without you realising.
