I'm not sending any lines anywhere, they make kits for 1.6 & 1.8 brakes, it's so simple even I understand it, in any case I never heard back from the NZ Agent and expect my new HEL Braided Lines will be supplied by the Manufacturer in the UK (cheers HEL).
FWIW: If we don't have sufficient numbers here I may do it all myself whereby you'll be able to buy the lines on Trademe (of course they will cost a lot more). I'll reiterate that if you are not sure whether I will secure a great deal for the forum to PM me, I'm not a noobie at this sort of thing.
List AFAIK:
01. harlansmart 1.8
02. Born_disturbed
03. SLYDIT
04. Zadkiel

And then add freight on top. Even just using USPS from Goodwin it is costing US$55 for the freight on a set of Energy bushes for my rear subframe.Donovan wrote:More amazingly, their Motul RBF600 is only $17USD
I doubt the carriers would take brake fluid either.

No, they don't, but just another example of how much we get ripped down here, importer will be making a killing at the moment with the exchange rate.Euen wrote:And then add freight on top. Getting my rear Energy bushes and diff bushes fitted next week plus NB top hats/FCM bump stops etc...half a second in lap times and I will be a happy chappy!Euen wrote:And then add freight on top. Quite sure penrite do a 600*C boiling point dot4 and its DAM cheap. Used it for about 3 race meets in my civic and personally couldnt see the difference between my Motul and thatDonovan wrote:I've got the ones from Goodwin racing as well, except mine are black not red, and now look a bit melted from the fire session at Hampton, might be getting another set.
More amazingly, their Motul RBF600 is only $17USD, cheapest I have found here in NZ is $28.
Yeah, Penrite do, I put it in my car initially when I first put the brakes on, running the stock 1.6 with those 6 pot calipers for the one track day that I did in it, nothing really ever got taxed, especially since the stock motor would overheat after about 3 laps. I have put in BNT RBF600, but it has pretty much the same wet and dry boiling point as the Motul RBF600, and it about $5 a bottle cheaper. Both the Motul and BNT have a way higher boiling point than the Penrite. I also got my Penrite from Repco, so it was anything but cheap from there.Snapfrozen wrote:Quite sure penrite do a 600*C boiling point dot4 and its DAM cheap.
