Hi, all
Success. Followed Glenn's advice (thanks !). Just needed a sheet to put
under the light assembly to catch the metal shavings, a packet of M5 metal
screws, about an hour of fiddling around & all is well. Looks heaps
better. Just a word of warning for anyone doing this or similar - the lids
are quite thin & it is easy to bend them. (I didn't, but it would be an
annoying oops if a slight kink marred all that effort to get the alignment
right).
It's also a good opportunity to lubricate the headlight pivot points.
Regards,
Greg
