Show and tell what you got,Homemade,Custom Built or off the shelf.
I'll get the ball rolling.
4 systems to choose from,Finally put the Maxum/Corn*s system on.
Wicked sound ,noisy without being loud and booming, wicked cackle on over run.
2.5" all the thru, with Cat built onto it ,Found out these are worth a bomb,Hand built out of Japan.
Other choice's i had;
Standard with wanky tip.
St Mays shot gun system
Racing Beat by RS*R
The RB system was going to be my second choice if i didn't like the corn*s system sound,But i do

Mine is custom. I removed the cat and replaced it with a straight through expansion box/muffler. I increased the pipe diameter to 2" (Did think of 2 1/4" but was concerned about losing too much back pressure). The rear muffler is a V8 Commodore. I wanted to muffle the sound but not hinder the flow.
I'm happy with the sound and increase in performance (in the higher rev range).
I have a set of 4 - 2 - 1 headers to put on it at some stage.
Its slow work in progress as I never have much time to work on cars these days.

I am running (assuming nothing had been changed before i got it) full factory piping with a straight pipe for the cat and a mazdaspeed tip
Can be a bit loud but I am still happy with it, do want to get a full proper set up eventually

Maximworks 4-2-1 header with hpc, RB mid-pipe in transit and a Mazdaspeed tip thing. Sounded a lot nicer prior to having my cat chopped out hence the mid-pipe

I've got a RS*R 4-2-1 header and a Autoexe cat-back... It's perfect for me... pretty tame while cruising, but has a nice sound when you give it some throttle...

I have a very special exhaust on the Mazdarati.
It is completely factory, with the optional heat shields that trap stones and rattle really loudly on acceleration. And deceleration. And idle. Also it hits my rear brace, making a fun "clunk" every time you get off the gas.....
However, once I get into the turbo build, I will be replacing it with a 2.5 inch mandrel bent system from my local exhaust stop. 3 inch just seems a little excessive, and I want to keep the volume too.
