Headlight adjustment

Hi
I have a 93 mx5 and have a problem with wavering lights. When the lights
are up they do not sit firm in position. (I Have checked two other cars
and there is no movemnet when the lights are up.) About 2 or 3 mill
movement. This has quite an adverse effect when driving. I have checked
the bushed in the linkages and they are ok. Do I aneed to adjust the arm
on the retractor motor? Any Help would be apreciated.
