Finding build date & previous ownership of a Roadster

Thinking about donning my deerstalker ...

Two things - firstly any wisdom on interpreting the VIN plates that are
attached to imported Eunos Roadsters ?? All the information I've seen seems
to apply to US models. The format of the plate attached to my 1990 V
Special is 7A8C10D0701nnnnnn & the chassis number is NA6CE-nnnnnn How can I
determine build date & location (Hiroshima or Hofu)?

Following on from that - out of idle curiosity - is it possible to track
previous Japanese owners ? If nothing else, to assure them that their pride
& joy is alive & well ...
