I don't know where to get the Novus products in NZ, but their US website is
at:
http://novuspolish.com/
Half the site isn't actually there, but you can at least find out a little
about the 3 different grades of plastic polish they have.
Another option is the Meguiar's (http://www.meguiars.com) products,
available in Auckland, at a place I can't remember how to spell the name
of. Some enlightened person, such as Fletcher, will inform us in due
course...
I've only used the plastic cleaner (Mirror Glaze Clear Plastic Detailer,
methinks), about which I haven't yet formed an opinion (it cleans, but I
don't know if it's any better than using some other [cheaper] cleaner).
You can see their plastic products collection at

You can get Meguires products at 'Ecurie Lievre' in Eden St, Newmarket. I've
also seen them in places like Mitre 10, K-Mart, Rowes Tyres and some gas
stations.
I've got their plastic cleaner, but both my back windows are in pretty good
condition so I haven't been able to give the cleaner a good test.
