This is the largest forum I have available to ask this non-MX5 question so I
hope you'll pardon me bringing up the subject. I notice there are a few
others who, like me, use paradise. How have you been finding it of late? My
experience, and that of another In'gill user, is,that since the Aussies took
over it's turning to crap! I frequently now have to turn to my alternate ISP
"Actrix" in the evenings. Last night at ten o'clock or thereabouts it took 16
1/2 minutes to do a simple cash transfer operation on Westpactrust's site. My
mate reports download speeds of 800 BYTES/sec about the same time while he was
getting 3+ MB/sec elsewhere.
Radar. I believe we do have it down here but 109 on the clock doesn't seem to
worry it!

Its all part of an Aussie plot to screw you guys and take over the possum
industry!

Hi Keith,

Here in Wellington performance is OK, no speed issues, although the evening
you mention I think it was erratic for a while.

hey Keith, as a previous paradisenet team leader I can tell you that the
proble isn't just with paradise. There's been a lot of problems recently, most
of them out of their hands. Things are going to improve, upgrades are in the
process.

I'm on the cable network and have been suffering the same problems.

I get a lot of the goss 'cause my flatmate is still working for them :D

I got too bored!

For those of you who are so inclined, im going to be putting an earthquake in
my boot. For those of you not in the know, I'm going to make my mx5 fall to
bits by causing it to vibrate with the aid of a 500w RMS 12" sub :)

Typical Oz trick! First you give 'em away. Now you want them back. Well
good luck to ya mate.
