Hi all,
I have just finished swapping the suspension springs around on my MX5 which
was very high at the back and very low at the front.
What I wanted to know (though I really only want a reply if everthing is o.k.
) is, do the shock absorbers with the longer bodies go at the front and
the ones with the shorter bodies go at the rear? I hope so, as I just swapped
the springs around (now the ones with more coils are at the rear) I didn't
even think that maybe whichever owner butchered things around might have just
swapped the complete spring/damper unit from the front to the rear and
vice/versa.
I'll hold my breath till I hear..maybe.
Thanks for any advise.
Suspension springs again..I swopped 'em round.

Yes, that's correct... long shocks at front, short ones at rear...
