New website search all working

Should be all go, with lots more search options. Let me know if you find
errors or problems with it, or have other suggestions etc.

new features are 'fuzzy search logic', boolean searching, restrict or search
part of the site only (e.g. only list archives) and you can even search the
text in previous top down magazines. You cant search for exact phrases yet,
but should be able to in a future release.
