Not all of us under 25 males are arrogant.
I do my fair share of waving here on the shore.
What I see is a lot of middle age, toffee-nosed ladies who don't even ignolage
that there is even another car on the road. Not even another MX5.
Try driving and waving on the shore, a good number of them don't even put the
top down. What's the point of having a soft top if you don't use it.

I agree with you and when I said "most", of course that didn't mean all -
perhaps the young guys around here are "just driving Mum or Dad's car anyway
, my young (15) daughter thinks waving is so tacky, she even tries to hold
my mouth shut when I sing out loud with the top down - how embarrassing for
her!!!
So, not all middle aged ladies are toffee nosed either! (Do I class myself
as middle aged I wonder? - I decided the time in my life had come to get a
cutie sports car before I was too old!! now tell me "Your never too old"!!
Keep waving!
