How could they do it?

Post by Graeme Naisbitt » Sat Feb 07, 1998 10:30 pm

Hey, I'm from the UK too, but I'll think you'll find that it's more of a
'cool hairdressers car' in england. You should have heard the 'stick' I got
from my friends back home when I told them I bought one. Its only jealousy
though, as my best friend bought a Triumph TR8 over the UK summer (guess
that's one of the more awful british cars I'm afraid). I'm more than happy
with my babe...

Ah ha, I'm from Durham in the 'grim north', but moved here last year. As
for seat covers, I'm sure there are but I've not bothered with any. I used
to have a Mk1 MR2 as well (but I'm not a hairdresser, really!!!, just an
internet programmer). I'm thinking about the union jack sticker thing too
now!! Damn, wish I'd done it first, got my plate (D4NGER) as Austin Powers
would say 'Danger is my middle name', corny but I thought it was worth a
laugh... anyway they're so cheap over here it seemed a shame not to have
one :)
