March 2002 Driver magazine

There's a picture on page 112 of "driver" magazine this month of the
outdoor area at the National Motor Show - presumably last year's, although
it doesn't say. Look closely and you can see the MX5 Club banner in the
centre of the picture and I counted no less than 17 MX5's clustered around
it in a tiny space!

Shame I can't visit the show for the first time this year (didn't actually
know the show existed until I read the mag article) - I have other plans
for this weekend. Next year perhaps?

got a scanner? Bill might like to print this in the next Top Down. I'm
not allowed to buy magazines at the moment...

Are you sure you don't want to come for a drive to Hamilton this weekend?

Love to come, but I'm walking from Wellington to Rotorua as part of a relay
team the whole weekend. Such is life...

I have a scanner and will give it a try, but even in the original the club
stand and cars don't stand out real well though the Porsches in the
foreground do
