Tail Lights

Driving on to the Fanshawe St run on tonight, I was next to a lovely MX5 registered 2LOW2C, quite highly modified and a really nice job. I noticed the tail lights which were of a type I had not seen, with frames around the individual lights, looked neat.

Anyone know who owns it or where the lights come from
