God damn shit roof piss FFFFUUUUUUUUUUU

Post by 4A-GE » Thu Nov 20, 2014 8:50 pm

I'm at my wits end. I've swapped my good roof onto the new car, taken it off to tape up the rain rail quite heavily, now it leaks on the OTHER side of the boot and into the cabin.

What the shit have I done wrong.

Sure your drain tubes aren't blocked?...they have a habit of causing water issues inside the car!

Drain tubes were clearer than my glasses, and I can't stand any form of shit on things I have to look at or see through.

Turns out the metal rails that hold the roof in were up. side. fucking. down.
Some muppet before me had them in the other way, so of course I was trying to get them to fit how I'd found them.
Lo and behold, flipping them the other way solved the problem. No leaks in cabin or boot, even after assault with wash world water tools.

Now all I need to worry about is the massive tear in my 6mth old roof that happened when I was putting it on.
