Hey guys,
Whos going to this? Saw Chris today, he abandoned his car in the line up and left a few confused entrants looking at the gap in front of it
I'm filming with my group to make the Nationals DVD for this year, those of you who remember what I look like from the cruise if you see me don't be shy.
Theres an awesome olive green MX5 with a tan bikini soft top, looked awesome, had everything down to detail right to the valve caps being little grenades. Best of all? Owned by a girl, good to see some out there taking things a little further.
Tomorrows going to be good

Obviously all these photos are shit camera quality and bad angles etc, but gives you an idea of the MX5s that were about

What do you hate about the offset?
Also, I noted 'altenzo' was written in white tyre paint on the side wall, what sorta paint did you us? Proper tyre paint? Trying to find some stuff that lasts!

350+ GB of footage, and very sunburnt arms and neck. I'd say its been a productive weekend.. 3 days of non-stop filming.
I think I've watched too many burnouts, I want to enter my MX5 in the burnout comp next year. Just to show up the single spinners.

The offset doesnt make my wheels stick out enough.. ill either need big spacers or ill need different wheels.
and the white writing was with a white paint pen

Its rubbing off tho cause my wheel is hitting my front fender

Would a 15x8 +25 with 205/50 tires sit nicely? I'm looking at that fitment but I want to find out how it might sit first

Well the specs that you just asked about are my close to my wheel specs. personaly i dont think you should get something with that offset unless you would want to get spacers. And youd need certable spacers to make it look nice.
You would be better of getting less offset.. closer to 0 offset or negative offset

Up to you, all depends on the look your going for.

Yeah I looked at going for that offset at one stage, but then the new camber laws came about and I figured I couldn't legally run those specs

Im running that at the moment. This is how it sat when i had 295mm hub-arch height, about as low as i could go with the rear camber still being certable. Also the front rubbed like hell on bumps

splash guards. There are rub marks on the front, rear and hit the top a few times
going to go down to a 195/45 in the near future so it can be certable and can legally chuck the coilovers back in
