They have packages for more k's per year, but this suits me as I have 5 cars and can only drive one at a time.

[quote="Bwarp"]I'm 22 and have full cover with state for about $600 a year or so. Excess is quite high because of the type of car it is (gutless manual RWD 2seater sports car)....

Insured for $3000.[/quote

So in 5 years you will have paid for another car $3000, probly only 3 years or less if your Excess is $1000 or more. This insurance thing is a big rip off!!!]

Indeed. but that's life I guess. Would rather pay that than have a crash with a rolls royce and have to shell out to fix a piece of shit Rolls....

Turns out the full cover was only about $6 more per fortnight with glass cover, than third party was.... so it seems silly not to have glass cover....

I worked out I've paid well in excess of 10k in insurance in my life time, and made my first ever claim back in February when my wrx was stolen. What a bloody nightmare this claim has been! In fact it's still ongoing...

I'd advise you not to deal with NZI or State. NAC I've heard mixed reviews, the only good companies people have mentioned are Vero and Club Auto.
Cool sunroof bro...

Vero were good when the bike got stolen. I have zero issues with them except that I went overseas when they told me to give them a call about how to deposit some money into my account and didn't get back to them for 6 weeks...

It only makes sense to me to have insurance with glass cover.
Had a cliam on my 302 V8 Ford Granada insurance $280.22 per year no excess on glass. Windscreen cost $1,700.00
Yes 5 cars all rego, warranted
All have insurance
