Vintage/classic registration costs
Does anyone know the criteria for cheaper registration? The older cars of this forum will be 25 years old this year. Does this qualify for cheaper reg at all? Does it default to a cheaper cost or do we need to specifically request it?is there a max amount of km we can do in a year in this category?.... I tried looking at LTNZ website but could not find it. The call centre does not operate during weekend. I know someone here will know all about this. This will be of interest to many and as time ticks away more and more will qualify.

I have heard its 40 years as well...shame really as I believe its only 20 years in the UK.
If its not your daily driver then put the rego on hold if there is a period where you might not use it for a while...that's what I do.
