Squeaky Windows

Hi People

Can anyone help with this one? Driving with the top down (Yeah! It's stopped
raining), the left hand window of our 94 has developed a nasty annoying
squeak.

When the hood is up, the top back corner of the window is supported and no
squeak, but once that support has gone, the rear of the window can move
fractionally and something is rubbing within the door, it is reducing me to
a gibbering idiot! (All right, more of a gibbering idiot). The problem
lessens if I lower the window slightly, I guess the window is then better
supported by it's runners.

Before I get drastic and pull the door apart, has any body got any good
ideas?
