Dear Ross

Just to reassure you, I have been subscribing to this list since buying my
MX5 in September last year and this is the first time that there has been
anything like this, so please don't take it out of context. Once you have
been on the list for a while you will realise that there are all sorts of
personalities in here with all sorts of opinions but that above all else
they are united by their love of driving their MX5's. In the case of Lou, he
is a tremendous source of wisdom and technical advice for people and gives
of his knowledge freely and generously.

Stay involved. Thanks to this list and the club I found out about Al's
Upholstery in Glenfield the other day. Dropped in as I had a small problem
with my hood cover which I had been meaning to fix since the day I got the
car, and he fixed it on the spot. Great job, great guy, great price.
Strongly recommended.

Hey Ross

I concur with Simon. I've lost count of the number of things I've learned
and the amount of money I've saved as a result of being a member of this
list. It's more than worth the time invested (and the rare hiccup!)

Bill and Simon... thanks for the reassurance... it is as I had hoped then.
I shall stay tuned with interest! I have LOTS to learn about my "new"
'91 MX5 (Roadster V-spec, actually) and this does seem the place to
start.
