Thanks, Yes David M pointed that out to me, but even so it seems awkward. I
also only use my MX as a weekender but sadly I reside in the land of the JAFA.
They say that some places in the world have 4 seasons in one day, well here in
Auckland we also have four seasons in one day, but ours are special...1) Rain
2) Sun spots with rain 3) Wind and rain 4) More Rain... So the old top is up
and down a fair bit on even the nicest of days. When moved to the land of JAFA
a few years back my work mates gave me a book called "The JAFA Joke Book" most
of them were crap but two stood out and I remember them well as both funny and
true...

1) How do you know it's summer in Auckland???... More than an hour without
rain!!!

2) What's the definition of an Aucklander???... An Aucklander is someone who
spends money they don't have, to buy things they don't need, to impress
people they don't like. Sad but in many cases true...

Anyway one of my dysfunctional friends thought he would do me a favour and put
up the roof in a brief shower, and the winner managed to break the two little
straps that attempt to stop the roof sun cover from flapping about. And
without them it does flap about quite a lot. I imagine I'm not the first this
has happened to, so has anyone found a cure? as it would possibly be a pain to
sew on some new ones. Although maybe I should shoot off to see "AL" as he
seems well renowned.

Cheers
