intercoolers / water inj

Post by dscotland » Fri Sep 10, 2004 12:11 pm

Hi, after some research it looks as if the air to air intercooler needs to
come off... has anyone fitted the water injection kit or water/air
intercooler from Jackson racing? Comments positive or negative
appreciated. Lou or anyone, do you know of any other water/meth injection
kits that I can read about?

I presume that if you fit an aftermarket computer you don't need all the
little tricky things like the Jackson racing timing controller?

Thanks

Duncan

The JR unit is an M45. The coldside kit is the best set-up unless you want
more than 180 - 190 hp at the wheels. It gives response and general
driveability better than stock.
Don't bother with intercoolers on eatons, go for water/meth injection.

You can build your own for small bucks. Search this list, I've posted
details before.
