I used to have a can of that foam stuff and left my spare in the garage,
when I got a flat tyre the tyre place said I'd have to get a new tyre (it
was firestone direct in Newmarket) they hate fixing tyres with that stuff in
them, so one puncture and you have to get a new tyre according to them.
So I now carry my spare.

Yes I had heard it could be hard to persuade a tire shop to fix a puncture
after one had used that gooey stuff...
If the worst came to worst and Murphy got me...I could always call the AA

That's absolute rubbish, all they have to do is wash the tyre out. I wonder
how many tyres they've sold to the unsuspecting?
Try to find an honest outfit.
