DIY Boot hood finished (DIY 003)

After Colin got my A... into gear we completed ours as well, after 18 months
of running around with a rubber tube with a bit of material wrapped around
it and a towel wrapped around the roof when down, We have made up a simple
Boot cover, our zip is knackered takes forever to undo and do up so we did
as follows.

.8M Vinyl, .8 m polar fleece , .5m black cotton, some sort of 1 metre
long 100 ml diameter tube.

We used 1 metre basin down pipe within an Air con foam tube wrapped in a
towel, A peice of material sewn around it,  sew polar fleece to
back of vinyl, sew both to tube, round tube looks under Roof when down
vinyl wraps around roof and then goes under, looks good works a dream, cost
of $25.00 I spose and a  sewing wife, sending pics to you colin, cheers
