DAVID PARKER bites the dust

Hi all

Maybe our letter to David Parker frightened him - or was it my persistent
calls to his Private Secretary?

Parker has resigned all his ministerial posts - Transport, Transport Safety
and Energy - as well as Attorney General.

I think he's provided us with his reply.

PS: Joking aside though, a friend of mine in Wellington who is in a "position
to know a few things", summed up in a nutshell what's now become obvious:

"They've seriously misspent for years, they've seriously gotten their plans
wrong for years - and now they're seriously broke. There's no serious
mystery." (Referring to successive governments).
