Spline lug tool

Post by Angreal » Sat Jan 12, 2013 9:10 am

So my new wheels arrived and came with spline lugs but no spline lug tool. Does anyone have one I can borrow to swap them over and get them into the car?

If you aren't having luck finding one, alot of people call them Tuner nuts/lugs

Anyhow, change in topic but doing under the same job I guess... Put the first new wheel on with the spacer (needed to clear the 4pots at the front) while removing the front fender to put in the frog arm, how will I know if I need to roll a guard or not? the wheel pokes out slightly?

I guess I'll take a photo when I'm all done and put it up when my internet stops playing up

Depends. What wheel specs, tyre size and spacer size are you running?

RPF1 +41mm offset, 15x7 and a 15mm spacer, maybe should've opted for the 25mm but I do like subtlety. The tyre pokes out a tad...

I assume you are running 195/50's? If so they may need a slight roll depending how low you go and the amount of camber you run

1.5 degrees and not planning too low due to bottoming out on my bracing.Guess we'll see when I eventually finish... I'll get there one day
