BC gold top hat replacement options?

Post by kuroneko » Sun Aug 26, 2012 3:38 pm

Hi everyone,

What are the local options for changing the top hats on my BC golds so I can lower the car a little bit more?

Nick with the white NA6 told me of another way to lower the BCs more that doesn't involve swapping top hats, but haven't really looked into that option more.

Cheers :)

I dunno if my bc golds are different to everyone else's or what, I managed to go this low by just removing the locking collar on each one and running 180 long springs in the front

Ah, thanks for the replies.

Cole, I want your wheel to fender gap, looks really good. But I'm running 15's at the moment. I think your suggestion might be the best way to go!

Hey Cole

Gary here, the guy that purchased the Nardi steering hud from you, I think me, Ryan and likely Ash will be interested in getting these top hats, are you able to make them for front and rear??

Thanks
Gary

Maybe i could cut the tops off your strut towers and weld some spacers in. haha

remember guys, these wont make you any lower on their own
they are more to help keep your springs captive and help keep suspension travel with shorter springs
