Just wondering, I found the flyin miata lighter subframe and it got ne thinking. Can you swap an nb subframe into an na? And would it give any benefits and is it easy?

Early NB subframe into a NA.Yes ,will fit no worries
Subframes are pretty much the same, apart from NB having extra brackets for subframe strengtheners/Braces.
Bottom arms are different.
Thought about myself,Having reasonably easy access to them to get later bushings, got a set out of a NB with 30,000km sitting there,but....Sway bar link mounting is different.
Generally alot of the NB mechanical stuff is close enough to be the same, seems alot of it with go into NA but not the other way.

In my opinion, not worth it unless you have easy access to later parts and plenty of garage gear to swap it over.
Here to help with any needs for your beloved MX5/Roadster.
