What he saidMr. Shine wrote:Wheel spacers are only legal if certified, the standard for which I believe allows 20mm maximum width. They also must attach securely to either the hub or wheel, so that means bolt-on spacers rather than slip-on spacers (which is what Born_disturbed meant by "normal" spacers).
This guy has made one post on the forum and never followed it up. he's dodgy as..... would go to a reputable manufacturer rather than emailing the address above....
and I wouldnt run slip on spacers.
I've got 25mm bolt on adaptors, which can actually be certed.

you wont generally find bolt on spacers at less than 15mm. and if you are buying 15mm bolt ons you'll need to make sure your wheels have gaps in the back for the studs to sit in, as only a 25mm clears the stud and nut entirely.
What are the specs on your wheels?

Not sure tbh. They're these ones http://www.good-win-racing.com/Mazda-Pe ... -0133.html
Apparently I can upgrade my front rotors to 11" and get a new bracket for the caliper to mount to, or I could use a spacer. I like option 2... I guess i'll look more into it when the wheels arrive but simple is good. So with spacers, do they cause problems as they reduce the amount thread the wheel nuts connect onto?

Oh bro. they're 15x7 +41's
Run a 20 - 25mm spacer and they'll be FINE. will clear your new brakes piece of wheels and will make the car look way staunch
you prob wont even need to roll guards depending on what tyres you run. get amongst it mate!

Did you order RPF1s with 35 or 41 offset? I have 35s and they have enough thread (just)...put spacers on and you will need long wheel studs, open wheel nuts and a supply of wheell bearings to replace yours possibly on a regular basis. It is well known/advertised that RPF1s will not fit over many aftermarket big brake kits...let me know if you want me to take your RPF1s off your hands (I need spares) and then you can order 949 wheels in outrageous sizes! lol Ian

54? http://www.good-win-racing.com/Mazda-Pe ... -0133.html is what I base that number from
35 or 41 offset won't generally change how much thread you have left on the studs FYI unless you have changed the 'effective' offset by running slip-on spacers.Ian wrote:Did you order RPF1s with 35 or 41 offset?
