15x6.5 38 offset. yea im not even gonna bother with the before pic, had tsr crosse 17s on it hahaha yuck.

yes you can modify the pressure releif valve to make the pump less effective, and yes i can modify it for you

by reducing the pulley size on your power steering you will put less strain on the pump with the constant high revs, that in turn will stop the boiling of your fluid, running the lines to your boot seems like a waste of money tbh, id just put a trans cooler in the return line and fit a larger pulley...

question to engine guru's

does anybody know the clearances on big end and mains for the na6? using the plastigauge and just want to know what sort of gap tolerances are ok

Any help would be good

you could happily fit a small transmission cooler to the return line of the powersteering without issues of pressure, may also help to have your pump stripped and make sure its not a pressure relief valve issue, just as an idea. and if it still does it then fabricate up a bigger resevior but keep fl...

thanks, ive measured the shims and are all same thickness, but mines hydraulic so should be sweet. Another question is what sort of clearance between the exhaust valves and piston? my heads getting planed but just worried about collecting an exhaust valve when the piston chases it.... any ideas how ...

yea just checking, have figured out the washer issue, we have a auto parts wash at work and 12 of then had gotten lost in there, they go under every spring. Also just finished port matching the head and intake manifold, also did a mild port on the rest of the head at same time which should give it a...

question regarding head on a b6ze

upon stripping my engine down last week i have had what was sorted out in the garage nicely...is now not for some unknown reason. :? now my issue is to do with the head. Underneath the valve springs are somewhat of a flat washer, does anyone know if they sit below the spings on the intake or exhaust...
