There is a mx5 for sale here in palmy, is either 5 or 6 grand, I think you could possibly work on the price, im sure it's a manual and it has a proper homoligated half cage in it, unfortunately it is blue with large yellow stripes but I think they are stickers so would come off easily enough, it is ...

Hi all, Was wondering. When the A/C is on does the engine loose power or use more gas per K? How much less economical is it to drive with the roof down? switches???

Hi gazza, I just welded it up and threw some primer on it for now, that kept the guy happy, now I have to decide if there is any other options to get a decent amount of cold air into the pod filter or weather I just leave it as is, I think it all depends on whom you run into on the day as to weather...

rollbar thickness

Hi gaz,
My roll bar only just clears the up and downing of the roof, the padding
that is required for lvvta could cause a problem ( or you can just remove it
later after your wof ) or you could join the local motorsport club and get a
clubmans licenses and the wof nazizs cannot touch it

rotary mx5

Hi all, tossing the idea round of putting a rotary in the mx5.

Has any one on the list done this? Any advice?

My main questions are what, apart from the engine will need to be changed or
modified such as gearbox, electrics, etc

Thanks
