Height Adjustable shock help

I have just bought a set of height adjustable sruts and will be fitting them next weekend, what I would like to know is the easiest way to set them up. Is it all just trial and error or should I set up front first then the back? etc. Any help from someone that has done this would be great.

sorry for late reply, each to there own but I like them in the headrests. I just play with the fader depending if the roof is up or down. I have a small amp powering them and think they are well worth it.

I agree. I have the two other braces in the picture on my car. The four point front brace and the four point middle brace. These are very good and work well but I left the factory rear brace on as I think it is a better design.

Anyone used the sway bars from these guys?

never heard the one about baby oil? I agree about the oil change etc but this stuff is ment to clean all the carbon build up in the fuel system, and engine. So its not really an aditive more of a cleaner.....oh and cleans the inlet manifold as well.

They were sold as 1.6 headers. The gasket fitted perfectly but the headers were quite a bit out. The worst part is the lack of careing from the sales person. If I was selling these and they did not fit I would be very unhappy and would sort something out quickly. They did not seem to be very worried...
