For my 2 cents worth, I'd go with autoclutch in Auckland. Had one rebuilt by them and I'd recommend them totally. OK, here's an early one with just a plate bolted over the bottom of the block so I could have a look at what had to happen here for it all to fit.

The block is 16mm forward (16mm ali plate) but with it being an alluminium block the weight distribution is still good.
