Unless you are planning some power improvements, there is no benefit in upgrading the clutch. You will just have a heavier pedal pressure for no performance increase. The NB6 engine has a different flywheel to the NA6, and consequently a different clutch. Broomfish Automotive Parts have a stock Exedy clutch for $265 or a heavy duty version for $605. I would think the same as the NA6 as the engine is basically the same. I had my clutch replaced by Garage 5 in Chch with a heavier duty one last month. NB6C Flywheel/Clutch?
I need to replace my clutch on my 1999 NB6C but I'm not sure what flywheel it uses, in turn not sure what clutch I need. Wanting to go HD Clutch so any recommendations would be appreciated!. Also any other info you may have about NB6C's as there isn't a whole lot on the internet about them. Cheers!!
