I've got a friend whos gone to low and wants to try standard spring to see if they will sort him.

I just stuffed my one and need to find a replacement by thursday.

The swap from standard to bilstein was no trouble, the only thing to note is with the same lowered springs the car now sits 12mm higher, so you may have issues with your ride heig...
