Flush bonnet lattches

Post by Donovan » Fri Aug 15, 2014 2:40 pm

Not really a performance mode, but has come about because of one.

Anyway, got a set of flush mount lockable bonnet latches put on my bonnet, but to be honest, they are pretty crap. After about a month, all the screw are rusting, and they latches open themselves up when driving along, even when I have locked them.

So looking for another set to replace them (and most likely go back to the original bonnet at the same time, over getting grief from small minded individuals as they drive past in their respective POS), so anyone know what is a decent set out there, an where to get them from.

Get the genuine Aerocatch ones. I had none of the issues you've described with my set.

Racebrakes have them in AKL, and cheaper as well as an extra bonus.

Going to pick up a set today.

Racer Products in Avondale also have them if that's closer/more convenient.
