Ive heard a lot of negative reports about these clutches. They seem to crap out fairly regularly. The clutch fingers lose tension and they rattle and slip

Have killed 3 exedy clutches in various cars. Have since stopped using them and never had another one fail. And yup, they all failed around the springs.
Cool sunroof bro...

+1

I am running a 3 puck Exedy in the TG and it has been great. The Aussie one I had was rubbish. The 3 puck is the same one used in the Spec Miata championship in the US.

the U.S guys have just as many problems. if it were me i wouldnt risk it. there are plenty of other options...hell ive been running a cheap HD cover plate on a stock 1800 disc for 7 years in the turbo without issues (except for the blardy throwout bearings)

Hmmm..fitted a few of them on modded Evos and Wrxs never seem to have any issues with them..went with Autoclutch anyway, he custom builds clutches for drift guy Carl Ruiterman + he gave me a good deal, give it a try
see what its like when i get it back on the road again. Finally got the turbo fitted after over a year of laziness.
