If you're going to go that way, can you buy Xylene by the drum? You shouldn't have to play round with your fuel map that way, stoich should be the same as pump gas at reasonable blends.

i can imagine the sales guy when go to buy a drum of xylene or ethanol.... "sure do you want some Pseudo to go with it"

I always used to get funny looks when I would buy a 44 gal drum of Isopropal Alcohol every month or so

Pretty sure Xylene isn't on the restricted list. It is freely available in the form of paint thinners after all.
Ether on the other hand, good luck buying that!
