Haven't been on for a while so I thought I'd add my list just to keep the fun going.

1973 Mk3 Cortina (ran brilliantly until some pissed/drugged up moron wrote it off while I was entering the Sweetwaters Festival.)
1979 Chrysler Avenger (absolute crap, which was hugely disappointing as I too liked the Avenger Tiger!)
1977 Alfasud Ti (mango orange)
Mk3 Zephyr (dark blue, beautiful condition, slightly lowered in front)
Isuzu Bellett (better than I thought it would be, but only owned it for about 6 months)
1981 Mazda 323
1969 Alfa Romeo 1750 GTV (I loved that car, but sold it when I went over to Japan)
1991 Mazda Familia (bought in Japan and brought back to NZ, owned it for 13 years)
VK Commodore 2 litre (good solid car but absolutely gutless)
Toyota AE86 Levin (sold it virtually straight away and doubled my money, but wish I had kept it longer to realise its potential)
Alfa Romeo GT Junior 1600 (rare, but it was going to cost me too much to restore so sold it)
1982 Alfasud Ti (had hoped to Targa/race it, modified suspension and then took it down to Taupo for an Alfa weekend. Dennis Marwood took me round the track for a few laps at his race speed and I realised that I needed a larger set of kahunas! Sold it soon after.)
Mk3 Zodiac (Big Red - show car and absolutely gorgeous, great for cruising, it is now living in Australia)
MX5 Yay!
Think that is all.

I'm only young but I've had loads of cars, mostly crap.

1988 Prelude, good nic and nice to drive, speedo cable broke inside the gearbox so just got rid of it
1992 Prelude, VTEC and whatnot, too thirsty though so got rid of it pretty quick
1991 AE101 Levin, chipped ECU and all that, went too fast. Had too much trouble with WOFs so got rid of it
1992 Mazda Autozam, good wee car, but sadly was auto. Sporty enough but decided I wanted a manual
1993 Cronos. Drove it for a year as my main car, after that just as a spare
1988 Daihatsu Mira - my favourite car of all. 580kg and went like a rocket (up to like 80 then it sucked). It could keep up with any car at the lights, until about 60kph. Exceptional on gas and extremely practical, could fit massive things in it with ease. It was like having a little van
1988 Corolla Hatch, Got it for $200 and just did it up and sold it for a bit of cash
1984 and 1991 Fiat Uno and Tempra. Shitty, shitty cars. Bought them both for super cheap just to play with and drive on the beach. Couldn't kill the engines and just sold them on, people are still driving them according to Carjam.
1990 Holden Barina, bought it for the girlfriend while she was overseas but drove it around till she got back, save mileage on my car, tehehe
1995 Suzuki Cultus, selling it over the next few days. It served me well when I needed a car in a hurry, but now Im driving the Roadster
1991 Mazda Eunos Roadster, my pride and joy

Also 2 Suzuki TR50 "Streetmagic"s
Currently still riding one to save gas and put less mileage on the roadster.

First was a brown 82 Mazda 323 S/w which I bought for $100 at Uni, fixed it up and it served me well
2nd was 1985 Toyota Corona...also got for a $100 and fixed up.
1987 Toyota Camry S/w...boring as heck but lugged my drum kit around for a couple of years.
1991 Toyota Soarer 2.5GT-t- My first 'real car'- Fantastic beast, comfy and smooth, first car I took to a track day too.
1994 Toyota Caldina S/w- Again, boring as heck but a good drum kit lugger
1992 Toyota MR2- My first proper sports car which I did a couple of track days in too
1993 Toyota MR2 GTS turbo- Not a bad drive but cost me as much as the purchase price in repairs in the time that I had it!
1997 Mazda MX5 NA8- Loved this car but had to sell when I went overseas- Did a few track days in this and some basic modifications.

Now looking for a replacement! (NB)

Yes your right about the inline 6 but the toyota alteza weighs around 1.5ton and the fully optioned lexus weighs closer to 2ton
The toyota is faster by a country mile

First thing I noticed when I got my NA8C was how slow the Altezza was. On my drive home after picking it up an Altezza wanted to get in front of me and I was surprised at how slow they were both off the line and around a corner... The Integra Type R on the other hand...

haha I have been considering it.....Just the ones i've seen just seem a bit overpriced for age/mileage etc. More power is always nice though :)

Mine is the black one on the forum classifieds (also on trademe), there is room to move on that price though. Not really a sensible daily driver but its a great toy!

err nope- The Is200 wouldn't be anywhere near 2 ton, not even the heaviest current LS600h breaks 2 tons. The JDM Altezzas are pretty well specc'd compared to the Lexus version so they aren't that different in terms of weight.
