As suspected it is indeed classicar restorations in penrose building an exact replica of a ferrari 250 gto. hand beaten aluminium body and some genuine ferrari parts.
It is being painted in beach haven and by now may be back at classicar.
Its being built for an american customer with lots of cash i suspect....
