Wifes new (second hand ) car

Post by biff » Fri May 22, 2015 2:14 pm

Hi all,
My better half is looking for a new car, she has a BMW 318i two door and its getting past its use by date.
Anyone have suggestions on what to have a look at around the 7500 mark, auto prefered, and with a bit of room and some zip?
Don't want much I know
Cheers all

TIA

try and get a NZNEW ford fiesta for a spin. the nz new ones handle really well. but the auto is a bit of a let down to be honest. much better than a swift. my mum had a 2006 fiesta and i thought it was a great car...she managed to put it into the side of a truck and the 2008 swift she got to replace it is shyte by comparison. the jap import fiestas a crappy so look for a nz new one.

When I get flown around to other ports in NZ for my job, they usually get me a Toyota Corolla or a Camry rental car and they are both cars I would recommend (I usually get 2013/2014 models as I am not high enough up the food chain to warrant a 2015 model)
