It is pretty hard for spammers to get here - have a look at the history... not much at all. They really have to be physical idiots posting and not spambots.

I allocated moderators years ago, but they haven't seemed to have done much recently. Volunteers welcome.

I have given you access to the Forum Team (Private) forum. Please go in to it (you must be logged in) and if you get stuff by email, add it to your email lists with the button in the menu.

I've started a discussion re moderation there, so can you please respond when you have a mo and we'll sort out what you should be moderating.

If you don't have access to this post then it means you haven't logged in... you haven't told me you want to be a moderator... or you have and I haven't added you (because my brain wasn't functioning correctly.
