No question is to small, thats what this club is all about, a
windblocker is a partition that sits behind the seats or over the
headrests to join them together, this has the effect of stopping or
minimizing the wind that blows around the back of your head with the
top down,i think Howard made a comment for you at the begining of his
reply ( Taupo ) a aero deck does a similar thing, this is the
attachment or cover that fits over the hood when lowered, usually
made of fibreglass and coloured the same as the car, much more
expensive though.
Hope this answers your question

Vanessa,
If you want to know more about windblockers, details of a very effective one
are available at this site.

I have made one of these things according to the plans shown on the site and
have been very pleased with it. Several other Otago drivers have also
fitted one and it makes a world of difference to top down winter MX5ing in
the deep south.
Cheers
Murray

Thanks for the site address Murray, I found a scrap of perspex slightly
longer but not as wide, and built one along the lines of those plans, works
at treat.
