Hi John

I have found that Rod's Enthusiast's Manual to be the best. It's a lot better
than the Haynes Manual, although it still not perfect but at least it is a lot
of help. Some of the public libraries even have a copy which you can borrow.

Repair Manual

I have Haynes manual - it is OK (some blatant errors, and lots of generic
stuff) - I'm told enthusiasts manual is better.

Haynes has excellent wiring diagrams for M1 models however, which I believe
the others lack.

IMHO the best repair info can be gained from the internet and other club
members... ;)

I have the 1.6 Miata Enthusiasts manual which I love. I've used it for
replacing the engine, shocks, seats, dash, soft top,& frame, brakes etc...
It doesn't have much in the way of fault finding, but you've got us for
that, right ;-)

I bought mine from Ecurie lievre in Auckland, but it's available over the
internet from the club web site.

By the way, the 1.8 version is listed as being available too (although there
is no picture of it).

Cheers
