First , thanks to all who offered advice prior to my purchase.

I went with Bridgestone Grid IIs and after 1,500K's I still can't believe
the significant improvement in my car's handling.

This I suspect is due in part to the alignment which was "tweaked" by Ian,
the manager at Firestone in Newmarket, someone with professional background
in performance and racing cars. Not only does my car handle better, but I
saved over $100 compared to other quotes for the exact same tires with an
alignment (or comparable tires and alignment from Beaurepairs).
