(Oil filters) Couple of Questions...

I pulled apart a repco filter also a Mazda filter recently. I had a Fram
one apart a while ago but not sure what I did with it. I use a Mazda one
unless I'm doing a change on a sunday (repco is open - greenlane mazda is
not).

I like the mazda one as it is smaller and easier to fit (and it is black!),
but the repco one is similar in design. From what I remember, the Fram one
was a lot looser in weave with less stages of filtering material. Might take
pics and put them on the web site sometime.

Some people buy filters in bulk from US vendors - they are quite a bit
cheaper, but freight is obviously a factor. Bulk buy anyone?

No opinions on air filters for MX5s sorry - I use factory at present.
Although - I believe Fletcher was having concerns on the filtering ability
of the cone he was using, but I'm not sure what his conclusions were.
