Hi Guys
This is not a question about MX5, but if anyone can help me..
The A to B transporter in the family (Legacy) has started to be a little tired
and I have looked around for an replacement.
Anyone that have any experience about Mitsubishi Chariot or Nissan Prairie?

I've tried with a few speedway cars , not easy. can imagine now a 5
would be even harder BUT What about a detatchable steering wheel. the
end product looks to be a no holds bar type of machine. Or maybe just
use a tiny tiny wheel.

cheers

Ooh yuck - be careful when you transfer from the toy to the
transporter. Them bends kinda do horrid things to high-centre
of gravity prams. I have trouble with the Corolla babywagon,
have to keep backing off.

Don't see this as a problem. I've got a Suzuki Vitara as well (to tow the
horse float) and it's the difference between chalk and cheese. I don't try
to drive the MX on dirt roads and across paddocks and I don't try to drive
the Vitara much over the advisory speeds for corners (and less than those
speeds when towing the horse). The brain easily tells which car I'm in
without me having to think about it and adjusts my cornering speeds
accordingly...

It sounds like you want lots of room, so the Vitara wouldn't fit the bill,
as boot space isn't that big. I've got the 2.0 V6 version. Lovely smooth
engine, a bit wasted in that car though.

You should try it some-time...

The club has a grass-gymkhana coming up... January I think? And I do
several each summer with the Auckland car club...

Its a hoot!

Fletch.

P.S. Auck car club has another scheduled for this Sunday, but I'll be
attending the MX-5 Christmas BBQ instead...
