Repairing rear windows

My partner Jo's MX5 has just split near the bottom, its only about 2 years
old and she's always taken good care of it (unlike mine which never gets
unzipped, ever, and is thoroughly abused, hmmm don't like to say anything
like 'told you so')

Anyway, where is the best/cheapest place to get a replacement in the
Auckland area? Also is there a temporary fix we can do, the split is about
3" long, as we are saving for the wedding/honeymoon so would prefer not to
replace for a couple of months...
