I used to have one of those Fibreglass tonneau covers and although I didn't roll the car, I can tell you that the cover will do nothing to support the style bars. Whilst style bars are designed more for asthetics than roll over protection I think Ray proved that a style bar gives more protection than nothing.

Oh and to answer the "How fast"... VERY!!!
